How it’s made

Five steps. No shortcuts.

We burn elemental sulphur in pure oxygen instead of air. That one choice keeps nitrogen out of the process and is why our SO₂ comes out consistently concentrated, with very little inert gas.

Sulphur

Elemental sulphur from refinery suppliers.

Pure oxygen

Combustion in O₂, not air — no atmospheric nitrogen in the gas.

Glycerine drying

Moisture removed with food-grade glycerine, not sulphuric acid.

Liquefaction

Cooled and compressed into high-purity liquid SO₂.

Test & fill

Every batch analysed and released with its own Certificate of Analysis.

Same line, same purity

Food grade and technical grade come off one line. They are separated by release testing, documentation and packaging control.

Batch-linked CoA

Purity, moisture, arsenic, lead and residue are measured on every lot before it leaves Elbasan.
